Completion Requirements
Inspectors must complete 30 CEUs in the 24 months before their certification expiration date. All home inspectors
re-certify for two years at a time.
Only classroom courses are approved. Home study courses (workbooks, videotapes, CD ROM’s, etc.) are not allowed at this time.
