There are currently no regulations for home inspectors in the state of Maryland at this time.
The legislature during the last session delayed both the licensing and regulation of the home inspection industry until at least July 1, 2003.
The Commission HAS NOT AND WILL NOT be making any determinations regarding the approval of home inspection courses until sometime after January 2003.
