Currently, there are no continuing education requirements for commercial general contractors in the state of Alabama.
Renewal Dates
Renewal occurs December 31 annually.
All renewal applications/fees are due to the board on December 1 annually.
License renewals will be processed alphabetically, using the "automobile tag" renewal system. Each license holder must complete the renewal application and send the application fee. Qualifying companies will be processed as follows:
(1) A or B January
(2) C or D February
(3) E, F, or G March
(4) H, I, or J April
(5) K, L or M May
(6) N, O, P, Q, or R June
(7) S, T, U, V, W, X, Y, or Z July
