More and more state licensing boards require that licensees complete a pre-specified amount of continuing education contact hours per license period. The underlying principle behind continuing education (also known as Mandatory Continuing Education, or MCE) is that professionals in our dynamic industry must remain current on products, methods and theories that allow them to create, maintain and improve upon our built environment.
